By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an event at Top Notch Comedy Limited, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: Attendance at live comedy performances involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to loud sounds, adult content, and physical movement within a crowded venue. By entering the premises, you voluntarily assume all risks related to attendance and participation.

Content Notice: Stand-up comedy often includes adult themes, strong language, and material intended for mature audiences. The views and opinions expressed by performers are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of Top Notch Comedy Limited, its owners, staff, or affiliates.

Liability Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Notch Comedy Limited, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any loss, injury, claim, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with attendance at the venue or participation in any event.

Venue Policies: Guests agree to comply with all posted rules and instructions from staff. Failure to do so may result in removal from the premises without refund.

Refunds: As outlined in our refund policy, all sales are final. Refunds, if any, are granted solely at the discretion of management and only under specific, pre-approved circumstances.
By entering the premises or purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer and the accompanying refund policy.
Refund Policy

All ticket sales for events at Top Notch Comedy Limited are final and non-refundable, except as expressly provided herein or as required by applicable law.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, management reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to evaluate and grant refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be submitted in writing to Topnotchcomedyclub@gmail.com and must include:

The purchaser’s full name

Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

The scheduled date and time of the event

A detailed explanation for the refund request
Refund requests must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event start time to be eligible for consideration. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or dissatisfaction with the performance or venue, except where required by law.
By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser agrees to the terms of this refund policy.
