These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of tickets and attendance at events hosted by Top Notch Comedy Limited. By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase tickets or attend our events.

1. Eligibility

• All events are strictly 18+. Valid government-issued photo ID may be required for entry.

• Entry will be refused without appropriate identification. No refunds will be issued for guests denied entry due to age restrictions or lack of valid ID.

2. Ticketing and Admission

​

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

• Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket. Duplicate, counterfeit, or resold tickets may not be honored.

• We reserve the right to change event line-ups without prior notice. Line-up changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

3. Behavior and Conduct

​

• We aim to provide a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment. Disruptive, abusive, or intoxicated behavior will result in removal from the venue without refund.

• Heckling performers is discouraged and may lead to ejection.

4. Content Disclaimer

​

• Our events may feature adult themes, strong language, and potentially offensive material. Attendance is voluntary and at your own discretion.

• The views and opinions expressed by comedians do not necessarily reflect those of Top Notch Comedy Limited.

5. Health and Safety

​

• You agree to comply with all venue rules, staff instructions, and applicable health and safety guidelines.

• If you are unwell or display symptoms of a contagious illness, we ask that you refrain from attending for the safety of others.

6. Liability

​

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Notch Comedy Limited shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense incurred in connection with your attendance at our venue or events.

• You attend at your own risk and waive any and all claims against us for any incident that may occur on or around the premises.

7. Media and Photography​

• No video or audio recording is permitted during live performances. This includes but is not limited to mobile phone recordings, live streaming, or any form of public sharing. Our performers often use revised or work-in-progress material that is not intended for public distribution.

• Unauthorized recording may result in removal from the venue without refund and potential legal action.

• Top Notch Comedy Limited reserves the right to photograph audience areas for promotional or archival purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in any such materials, unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

8. Changes and Cancellations

​

• Events may be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified and may be offered refunds or credit at our discretion.

9. Governing Law

​

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions
